Laws preventing corrupt business practices?
Where can I find information about what US laws there are to prevent corruption? (i.e. ENRON, United Health scandals)
NOT WIKIPEDIA.

Well, if it is stock trade or insider information type of corrupt practice you could check the 1933 and 1934 security acts and the various rules and regulations thereunder.
There are really too many laws on this topic to discuss. California has a state law against 'unfair business practices' as well. The states are another source of law.

You can't! you are dealing with the government who are the best at hiding info that could at all put egg on their own face. Get used to it... This has been going on for years and will continue until we get a better system which actually elects people NOT politicians and parties to run the government.. Sad to say this but our government is the most corrupt Big Business out there and until that changes there will always be corruption in business and in every phase of life. If you have unanswered questions its like asking a thief to reveal his next big heist!
