Is there any difference between touching regular breast and the ones with silicone?

    Pressing a regular breast gives out the real thing ...natural milk.

    Pressing a silicon breast gives out the fake thing ...pirated 'milk'.

    never have a chance to touch one with silicone ....

    Silicone will be a little harder...I know this from personal experience from my friends silicone ones and my real ones :)
