Tech Help!!?
Story goes, I just bought a "XM Samsung YP-X5Z, Nexus 50", I downloaded Napster, I've got windows XP, the newest version of WMP, and signed up for the XM radio subscription. My problem is when i connect my player to my computer with the USB port all i get is a three "ding" sound on my computer, and the player doesnt show up in wmp or napster. but if i take the same cable and connect my digital camera i get a two "ding" sound, and promps to run my camera program. What i cant figure out is why the player isnt connecting to my computer, Yes it is turned on, i've tried directly connecting it, connecting it from the dock, The USB port isnt even showing up when i bring my Files menu up. Any idea whats going on here?? I'm not technology illiterate at all, but this ones got me stumped!

The problem is that it may not be assigning the player a drive letter.
1. plug in the player
2. Right click on my computer and go to -manage-
3. double click on "Disk Management" under -Storage
4. see if your player is listed there, you can change the drive letter here if it is listed.
if it still doesn't appear you may be having a USB problem, do you have any other USB devices that you could plug in?
