    The word is UNDERSTAND!!!!

    I do not know about Misery and distress but it makes me angry for stupid violations....they are plain stupid at times.

    I'm pretty sure they do,just remember to answer all questions with out any criticism,so not to upset the moron who asked the stupid question in the first place. Good Luck!
