Jumprope would be would be a good exercise to quicken your feet.
Running would also be good to increase stamina.
Weight training would be a big help for your strength. Focus on chest, triceps, deltoids, abs (so you can take a hit), and legs (lots of the explosive power in a good punch comes from your quads and glutes).
