Are you using OEM or compatible inkjet cartridges. Because if it is not OEM cartridges, it sounds like you might have a recognition problem. If that is the case then:

Cartridges with SmartChip may cause recognition problems, even if they are brand new. You may also see cartridges reported as empty when they are actually full. Those problems are usually caused by the "smart" chip on the cartridge. You can use a chip resetter to resolve SmartChip-specific problems. Or you can go ahead and uninstall and reinstall your printer software (driver) and this time without ink level tracking.

Or it also sounds very much like a dry cartridge to me so try to use rubbing alcohol (or just war water) and try to moist the inkjet cartridge's nozzle (copper part at the bottom). That should be the case, and solve your problem

Did you pull off the protective tape on the cartridges? I've forgot to do that before.

u plug out of printer for some time, then plug in, it will automatically print on the page, if not, u clean the cartriage, by cleaning the space from where ink is coming out, and still not, u can call to hardware engineer

then your best bet would be to take it to a technician.. tryin to fix it yourself would probably cause it more damage .. ^_^
