I see you have enabled email communications in your profile page, so any other Yahoo! Answers users can send and receive email from you but your address will be hidden; Yahoo! Answers sends the messages between you. If you want to tell a specific Yahoo! Answers user of your Yahoo! ID (email address), you could send it to them with this email communication function - go to their profile page and click "Email _____".
