Model UN question!?

I am participating in a MUN meeting next week and we have to write what our countries thinks about these topics but my question is how and where can I find out about this??Anyone who has been to one of these meetings please help! Its all formal and I dont really know what to write!!! The topics we are going to focus on are:

1.Ensuring that treatmentof all foreign prisoners is adhered to, as stated in the Geneva Convention.

2.Combating Corruption and Bureacracy in post-conflict areas.

3.Safety and security of humantarian personnel and protection of United Nations personnel.

4.Transparency and confidence-building measures in outer space activities.

    You don't need to say anything in this meeting. Just listen what the expert people are saying in the meeting and note those for your understanding and thoughts.

    If you are really serious about the issues you mentioned, I am sure that you would be frustrated to see the role of the UN in all these issues. Just ask some questions to the speakers like:

    1. What are their achievements in all those points in Sudan and Afghanistan?

    2. What is their plan for combating corruption and bureaucracy in post-conflict areas and how they would do that?

    3. What is they have by this time taken to treat the foreign prisoners as per the Geneva Convention?

    4. How would they plan to make safety for the humanitarian workers in the conflict areas like Congo and Somalia?
