RED LIPSTICK on fair skin HOTT or NOT??(read details)?

YES HOTT! just make sure you get the right tone of red-go to your local MAC counter/store-they have the best best best reds ever.

depending on how full lips you have and what color of red you use, you could end up looking like the joker in batman.. so watch out, but overal red is a good color, makes teeth whiter. wouldn't use an all day wear application lipstick, maybe something that would rub off or come off with remover easily. try it and see if you like it or not, if not take it off and never wear it, if so get a better longer lasting version of the same color. what's the worse that can happen?

Red lipstick looks fantastic on ladies with your coloring. But the right shade is really important. I'd go to MAC or Clinique and have them select a shade for you. You can then buy a cheaper drugstore brand if you want.

I think that it can work but it needs to be used in the right context. If I see anymore teenagers walking around with deep red lipstick, fishnet stockings and a bunch of other crazy bright colors and black all messed up together like they want to be avril lavigne or something....ughh but if you're going out to a restaurant or something and you're dressed up in a nice black dress or something sure go for it, it'll look great.

Be really careful in choosing which red tone you want..if you have yellow undertones it could be difficult, but not impossible. Just don't reach for the first tube of red you see.

And make sure you don't go overboard with it.. you know, the whole too much of a good thing cliche... : )~

Red will work...get one that is brick red (it'll have blue undertones which will take away the yellow undertone of your skin). That'd look awesome.
