I'm looking for s'ware that can override network admin restrictions.?

Found this kind of s'ware last year but i'm forgot its name...

    If you are trying to circumvent the policies that are put in place by your IT staff, don't bother. They will catch you and you may get in trouble.

    If you are trying to reach sites that are filtered out, there really is no simple way to do this. If they are "smart" all of the proxy sites that would allow you to bypass their filtering would be blocked.

    Sorry, learn to live with the rules.

    Its called a Linux Live CD. Boot from it and you'll have access to the hardware, regardless of any network admin restrictions of the OS on the hard disk.
