How can I find some long lost friends, their names are Giles Wilson & Rashpal Bain from Cheltenham, England.?

I met them when I worked at Kraft General Foods on Bayshil Rd. in Cheltenham. I have found Giles Wilson on friends reunited, but he has not revisited the site since 2004. Can someone give me the link of a UK phone directory site for me?

Giles was a twin, & Rashpal was married with two kids.

Cheltenham is a suburb just outside of Gloucester, and about an hour away from OXFORD.
