Song title from a not so new song?

I listened to a song on the radio yesterday that I liked and I remembered that the song came out around before the new millienium. Some of the chorus lyrics are:

So I run

I hide

I even changed my name

And the last lyric at the end was I will disappear.

It is a rock/metal song

I would deeply appreciate it anyone knows the name of the song and the artist/band who sings it.

Update:

Apparently it isn't as old as I thought it was since 30 Seconds to Mars is the artist. So far I want to thank everyone but the first person whose answered.

    The song is called Capricorn by:30 Seconds To Mars....I LOVE 30 Seconds to Mars they're one of my favorite bands!!
