Can somebody tell me how to make custom command buttons in visual basic 6 , run video and audio...

Use the MultiMedia control. It has an interface that looks like a VCR's buttons. You can use that to link to the audio or video file, then you can use the command buttons to send commands to the multimedia control. The multimedia control is NOT included in the standard toolbox. You will have to go to Project>References to find it.

To merely customize the appearance of the buttons, under button properties select Graphical for style. That way you can change the BG color add text, and an icon if you'd like.

If the code is corresponding to the only you employ in school, then it may be the reason for the version distinction of VB. version distinction could have super distinction in the codding variety of this technique.
