It depends on what type of party it is. Since "everyone" will be there, can you perhaps call another girl who is going to ask what she's wearing? With teens, you usually can't go wrong with jeans. But if it's a little bit nicer party (perhaps to celebrate someone's birthday or some special occasions) you might want to dress up a bit more - either dress pants with a pretty blouse or a nice dress. Remember that what you're wearing isn't all THAT important overall; what's important is that you have fun, talk to lots of people, and enjoy the party in general. For me, it'd be a wrap dress, boots, and a nice necklace or earrings, but for others, it might be tight jeans, hot heels and a sexy top...

What do you feel sexiest in? Is it comfortable? Because being comfortable is part of being sexy. If you're tugging your top up all night, and constantly readjusting yourself instead of being cool and collected, it isn't sexy.

Also is the party more formal? Or more like a kegger? If it's a kegger, go in jeans and a hot top, with flat sandals or heels, if that's comfortable.

Wear something that is casual yet fun enough for a party. maybe a skirt and a flirty top. (One of those dressy-type shirts.) Depending on what type of party it is, you might wanna dress-up or dress-down more than that.

Wear something that says I am not a tramp but I am not conservative either.
