Where is a good place to go for authentic Mexican food and atmosphere?

some of the coziest places I have been to, has always been small business in my area. Many of them are store/eat in restaurants that is family owned. Those places have a true Mexican environment that is casual and the food and general service is much better than some of the chain restaurants. How ever "The Pinata" has a very nice atmosphere and the food is great and they even have mariachi bands play some what often.

Chili's is not too bad for a chain. Best way is to ask a Mexican where he goes.
