Good inexpensive plumber for quick job in Ventura County?

Our toilets frequently need to be snaked out, and we don't seem to be able to do it ourselves. We like Clark Plumbing, but their price for a small job like this has gotten ridiculous. Any ideas? Thanks.

    i found Agoura Plumbing very good. But do not use Stanley's.
