I think you should wait. Let her make the first move and dump him. If she doesn't it would mean that she was playing with you. I lived this kind of situation ( but I wasn't taller than him ) and at the end, I was more hurt than anything because she played with me and some other friends from the start.
So let her act first so as not to be hurt after.

the first thing is that you should respect you to you same, if the has girlfriend deberias to respect that, if the he wants he should leave it you to initiate a relacion with you. is better than wait for that the things flow but requires your right luck
