Go to any natural food stores like Whole Foods. They have a selection of Lavendar, Rosemary, Chamolile, Rose, Sandalwood, and other oils. Be careful if your skin is sensitive since you don't want the oils to dry up your skin. If you add the oils in the bath, add them along the running water. The smell will be more effective. And swish the water with your hands so it's evenly...oiled?

You can go to any natural food store or the natural food section of any grocery store. Look for lavender essential oil.
