Open my computer and copy and paste this...
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temp into your address bar and press enter. Or
Open my Computer click on C: drive find folder Documents and Settings, click on folder Owner click on folder Local Settings and then finally click on Temp. It's easier to copy and paste though. Oh if you still can't see Local Settings go to Tools-Folder Options-View Tab and make sure the Show Hidden folders option is chosen that's probably been the problem all the time.
Toodles.

open my computer then go the the tool tab up top.
click on folder options.
then click on the view tab
check the radio button that says " show hidden files and folders"
after you do that click "ok"
they you can find local settings as follows:
C: documents and settings/username/local settings/temp.
Note: the local settings folder is a hidden folder so it will appear faded.

You need to enable "View Hidden Files and Folders". To do this open Windows Explorer, click on Tools then select Folder Options, click on the View TAB and select the "Show hidden files and folders" option. Click apply then OK, then search for the folder again.
