Someone in my house is abusing my ID.Just want to change password but cant remember old postal code!Options?

If I need to re-sign up, how then do I completely delete my former account and information...I don't want to lose all my stored emails etc...Help!

Update:

But I don't want others to still be able to sign in to my old account. Can I prevent this? (old postal code look-up isnt an option unfortunately), trueswitch sounds like an option I'll look into though.

Reboot your computing device. in the previous the abode windows style seems, press f8 until a provider menu pops up. between the techniques must be "risk-free mode". enter it. Log in as "Administrator". with any luck there will be no password, or you a minimum of remember the password from there. bypass into administration Panel, get right of entry to consumer bills, and alter the password of the account you forgot to a minimum of a few thing you will remember. and be sure you do no longer forget approximately your "Administrator" password, in case you place one. the only thank you to restoration it is to reinstall abode windows. it is only tedious, yet there is a thank you to do it with out formatting your hard disk drive, so do no longer subject too plenty.
