What is the best FREE people search / finder?

well, they are all no good unless you actually pay for them.

but then they are all the same because they all get their information from the same source.

its like buying a computer from dell and one from HP.

they are still a computer just both with a diffrent name.

Here is a place that has an article about free people searches - it doesn't look like many are totally free though. They also review several people search websites. Pretty cool site.
