Ok, so I got pregnant, and I was 155lbs. I only gained like 25 lbs. And right now, I'm at 177 lbs. I had the baby three months ago...almost four! And I have that pudge that most women have afterwards. What excercises should I be doing to get my body back?

breast feeding or pumping helps alot but as far as excercise do yoga or belly dancing.......
