Does anyone know how to forward emails from outlook express to automatically go to a yahoo.ca address?

First enter yourself into the addressbook with your Yahoo email address

Go to Tools-> Message Rules-> Mail

In Box 1: Click on For all messages

In Box 2: Click on Forward it to people

In Box 3: Click on the link people and select your own name

In Box 4: Give this rule a name

Click Ok and close all windows.

When you get new mail, Outlook Express will automatically forward it. But you must keep it running all the time.

Most of the Outlook Express error messages are due to problems with the internet connection, not the software on your computer.

i'm no computing device expert yet I presume you're sending them to a business enterprise address (or they're attempting to open their gmail/hotmail etc on a artwork computing device). it will only be the business enterprise firewall no longer allowing jpegs, particular length archives by etc. no longer something to do with your computing device.
