O2 XDA lls cellphone was accidentaly reset resulting program/shortcuts erased. how to restore factory setting?

error opening shortcuts and error locating filenames like camera, calendar, calculator... all programs present during purchased are deleted.

    The factory settings must be downloaded into the phone from your provider. I suggest you take your phone back to the place where you purchased it and ask them for help.
