The woman is the one the carries the baby, and society frowns on a woman for abandoning her baby and expects her to take care of it, while a father can get away with not doing anything for it. If the man didn't want a child, don't have sex.

It is not the ones alone. I have a huge respect for a man that would stand up and say not to have one. I think the more things getting in the woman's way the better

This is a good question! I don't think either party should make this choice. I think it's murder.

It's my body whether I choose to wear a seat belt or not. I still have to pay a ticket if I don't. She should be made to have the baby as long as she is in good health. If she don't want it, she should have to give it to the responsible parent. If not, there are far too many people who want baby's and can't have them.

But the truth is that is not the question the Supreme Court decided on. They decided on does a woman have a right to choose what to do with her body. They said she and she alone has that right.

The difference between what you said and what the court said seems small, but their really is a difference.

Because there are a number of things. Could she afford to be bedridden for a few months? Can she afford the added food? Does she have health insurance?

most likely because she is the sole person who bares the child in the womb. even though the actual fetus is 50/50 she is the one who carries the entire thing.

Very good question, as a equal rights proponent I would be interested in the solution for this too.
