Tattoos in dreams?

I have two types of tattoo dreams. One is where I am very heavily tattooed. The other is where I am tattooing myself. They always freak me out a little. I have one or the other at least 3 times a week. I thought I was the only one........

before i start i want to state im covered in tats full sleves the lot im also a tattoo artist so i see lots of tattooes more than your average person

yes i see tattooes in my dreams but for me i try not to think about them as i work in the studio all day and tattooes are all i think about then so yes if i dream about a tat it is usually a nightmare because when im sleeping im not at work im free

my tattooes mean things to me and other people wont know the hidden meaning because i have so many my tattooes are a story board of my life e.g if something good hapens or i see a nice view or stunning sight worth remembering i have it tattooed (only really nice things and the things i like e.g i like fishing so i have a huge koi tattoo on my back that is total coverage with the words live free forever. in japanise wrighting underneath ) that is my favorite tattoo

i have once dremped i had done loads of mistakes in my shop and people had complained that is all tattoo artists nightmare

anyways apart from that i love my tattooing and i do dream about it all the time

Tattoo

To dream that you have tattoos, represents individuality and the desire to stand out in a crowd. You want to be unique and different from everybody else, particularly if you do not have any tattoos in real life. Consider also what the tattoo is.

I don't dream about my tattoos, ever. I have 3 tattoos.... would have more, but have added to one 3x.

I have 2 tattoos. One on my hand and one on my leg. When I dream I usually don't have my tattoos. Its weird, but they are just gone, like I never had them at all. I once dreamed I had big wings tattooed on my back and the next morning I woke up and had red marks where they tatoo in my dream was. It was weird.

Sometimes I see them in my dreams, sometimes I don't.

There have been times where I've seen tattoos on me that aren't really there. Usually the tattoos are bad, but once in a while they're good.

Its usually nightmares that I get something like tribal, bad kanji.

i don't ever remember seeing my tattoos in my dreams but since they are on my back and my feet i guess i usually wouldn't but i have had lots of dreams about getting tattooed. once i had a dream that a friend of mine from high school tattooed me and i forgot to tell my husband i was going to get it done. i only remembered AFTER it was done! and then he came home and he knew. it was horrible!!

Actually lol its kind funny you asked this question because i had a dream last night and saw my tattoos i had and i have been talkin to my boyfriend about getting a chest piece well last night in my dream i had a chest piece and I HATED IT i was crying because it was so ugly it was of like birds and some ugly dead flowers and black angel wings I HAVE NO CLUE lol but when i woke up i was glad they wernt there

the day before i got my tattoo, i had a dream some woman ws doing it on my back, and i could see wat she was doing becasue i was looking at a moniter, she was supposed to put my name ,melissa, but the m was mashed up, she tattooed sequines in to me, with ugly brown and red ink, and the m looked like an n and she tried to change, then the other man, coloured it in with an ink biro pen and told me to come back in 2 weeks

in my dreams i am never in a position to see if i have tattoos or not, but when i think of myself in my imagination, i havent any tatoos, unless i remember, a lot of the time i forget i have them.
