Is there a way to add or remove hard drive partitions from a external USB 2 hard drive using a tool like Fdisk

    in win2000 and xp you can... In XP go to Start-settings-control panels-administrative tools-computer management-in the tree on the left there is an option called disk management you can do it here just make sure you select the correct drive. In Win 2000 there is the same option I am just not sure it is in the same location... Good Luck

    Hey actually you can use Linux, is easy and really practical. Yo can find info everywhere or use ubuntu is really easy to do that.
