How can I send a package to Italy that is 36 1/2 inches by 24 1/2 inches?

It is a framed picture. There is a size limit, but I can't find the exact number.

    sending packages that big is very expensive.You can send it buy Fed ex ups or usps.But if your in no rush and want it there cost effective you can send it by ship.We use to send crates to portugal by ship.Every so often a ship leaves for europe.

    Go to the UPS Store and they will ship it for you. Simple!
