How to do internet sharing in lan?

i have to configure lan internet sharing through PPPoE client( broadband), help pls

    Your router, if you have one, has configuration section where you can type-in your PPPoE username and password so that it can connect to your DSL provider.

    That is... if you have a router. If not, you'll need to buy one and then set it up as stated above.

    You may save yourself the cost of a router if you don't mind leaving one machine on all of the time to serve as a "Gateway". On the first PC, make sure that your connection is functional then set up "Internet Connection Sharing". On Win98, go to Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\Communications\Internet Connection Wizard. If you don't see this, you'll have to activate this service via the "Control Panel"\Add-Remove Programs\Windows Setup tab. Navigate to Internet tools\details. You then add ICS to your system and apply.

    Then reboot, then add ICS, then follow the wizard. There are similar alternatives for other OSs (Operating Systems). Good luck!
