first, 3 & 1 isn't oil, but "3 in 1" is an oil designed to 1) clean, 2) lubricate and 3) protect. Second, "4 in 1" appears to be a commercial water sequstration treatment for fuel oil. Finally, as for your question, 4&1 is 5.
