Only First Time Teachers Please...?
What concerns or needs do you have being a first-time teacher? Also, would you want your school to provide consulting assistance for specifically helping first-time teachers?
-Thank you for your responses in advance. My goal is to develop a program or business for schools to counsel first- time teachers through their first year.

many schools have mentor teachers which are other teachers in the same grade that are to help the first time teacher. I think it would be difficult for a program to provide good enough support to a teacher if it is not familiar with the way that particular grade runs things at that particular school.

My friend is a first year teacher and her greatest concern or fear is her students not learning the required information for their grade. She's concerned that they won't know that info before they pass on to the next grade. She feels responsible.
