Ok, I just got a call from an unknown person?
They asked if they could talk to my dad, I said sure, may i ask who is calling, they said no and hung up.
I heard about the *69 to redial them, but will it display their number?

you shouldnt really worry about it unless they repeatedly call but anyways *69 just them back and u can listen to there message which may say their name, info, ect. You can call your phone service and they can probably give you the number. Also if they are offensive and threatening u can always call 911.

what *69 does is calls a telephone service person and u can ask them what the most resent call was and they will give u the number... also if it says BLOCKED ID its probably ur friend trying to prank call u ^_^ hope this helps

No. It will just call them back. *57 i think is the number to have it trace where it will tell you the number but both charge your phone for using the services.
