I heard that if you do that you can put in a different number so the person recieving the call will see whatever number you put in.

*87 turns off Anonymous Call Rejection. (Incoming.) Has NO effect on outgoing calls. If you have Caller ID, use *77 to turn on ACR, and it prevents anonymous callers from bothering you. *87 turns it off....If you want to put in a different number that you are calling from, you should get a spoofcard. www.spoofcard.com

if you had your number blocked when you sighed up for you phone service it will unblock it for that call. *67 blocks you number
