Yikes... I took gymnastics for almost a year and never mastered the backwalkover. Front is easy... they called it something else though... can't remeber. Just do a handstand and fall over into a bridge. then stand. Back walkovers are harder. practice but using your couch. Lay on your back with your arms and head hanging over the edge of the seat and then push your legs into a brigde. Then kickover. Good luck!

Front: Do what you would like you are going into handstand (except for legs will be separated) and kind of roll out in it. Make sure that your hand are by your ears, and not too far out, and have a lot of power.

Back: Have someone spot you first, arching your back.

While you are going back you have to be pulling your leg back at the same time. Otherwise it is choppy and MUCH harder to get over. Start with your leg up (make sure you have your balance), its easier.

Make sure you KEEP YOUR ARMS OVER YOUR HEAD.

    Good luck!

well the best way is jut to practice it took me a year and a half to do them both , the key is practice , the best way to practice is to do it practice doing it on and ff of things like couches or if you live in a ranch , stairs , anything sturdy works and practice hand stands , also don't try just doing it like you think things are done , make sure someone like an acro teacher or cheer-leading coach helps you and spots you, don't try just doing it , that's important because if you just try doing it without any guidance you could hurt yourself or learn how to do it wrong , i also advise joining a gymnastics or acro class , it will really help.

You put your foot up and jus keep leaning back and go into a back bend with your leg up and flip over.

But it is really hard. I can barely do it. Often a backbend kickover can easily be mistaken for a back walkover.
