because this is in the riddles section I am allowed to know the answer. So far the first four have not given the answer I have but are good in themselves. A bit more time to mull it over?
Because when it does, no dares to call it treason.

Because if caught, the penalty is death. There is no future in death.

It is supposed to carry a death penalty but these days it doesnt. You can do anything to your country and nobody does anything (except the Russians - good for them!).
