Those aren't the character names in Starlight Express, an Andrew Lloyd Webber musical (the one on roller skates).  But those are the lyrics to the Cliff Richards & Sarah Brightman version from Love Changes Everything - The Andrew Lloyd Webber Collection vol. 2.
