I am assuming you want to use this phrase to help elderly people, or people who have a lot of stuff to carry. Here is the phrase you want to use, plus one other one.
"Kuruma made, tetsudatte agemashouka?"
"Would you like some help to your car?"
"Kuruma made, mochi mashouka?"
"Kuruma made, motte agemashouka?"
"Would you like me to carry that to your car for you?"
