    and just like any other plant, by flowering, getting pollinated and making a fruit. (or seed)

    they actually have fruit or small flowers. the fruit drop to the ground and once they have rotted the seeds can start growing. thats why you often see cactus in clusters. but the varietys with flowers would have to rely on bees and birds just like other plants do.

    Do you mean cactus? If so, pieces of it fall (from the weather or animals and birds) and new growth takes root and grows another cactus. Pretty cool.
