I am absolutely axaserated by yahoo help team?

I asked for their help & guidance 3-4 times during the last 2 months about 1 single problem: that after updating my IM 7 to Im 8, all my previous plug-ins had disappeared. Each time I clicked the plug-in green icon, a list of plug-ins came up but when I clicked "Try it now" another note popped up to say "Error occurred when trying to access plug-ins" . So I have no plug-ins at all. Yesterday they replied, after 2 months & several mail from me, saying I should delete all my plug-ins first then re-download them again, with steps of deleting & installing!!

Well I have told them I don't even one plug-in in "My plug-ins" what am I suppose to delete? And each time I tried to get some I got the same no-go message!

I only want the few basic ones which I had before like LaunchRadio, News, Answers, 360

    Try uninstalling the whole program, and all the folders associated with it, then reinstall everything. That's probably going to be the easiest way to do it.

    First off you are exasperated, axaserated is not a word.

    Second if your computer is deleting all you plug-ins it sounds like a virus not a Yahoo problem. Get a tech to look at it.

    It may require you to 'uninstall' the plug-in operating systems from your computer, then reinstalling them from scratch.
