Edwin Valero and Joan Guzman are the up and coming blokes in a very strong super featherweight division. Both of these are yet to fight the elite fighters so its hard to asses how good they are at the moment. But both have the potential to be great especially Valero.

If Juan Manuel Marquez defeats Manny in their rematch, he should be the next big thing. In fact, I would say that would put him on top of the pound for pound list. In their first match Juan came back from being knocked down three times in the first round to get a draw against Manny. Juan Manuel has also just beat Berrera. Juan Manuel's style is also bad for Rocky Juarez, so if they ever meet up I see Juan beating Rocky too. Reason being Rocky has a hard time against boxers, such as Rocky against Berrera. As for Joan Guzman, not proven and from the questionably tough fights he has had he's not show great boxing or punching power, although he his quick. I think Joan is mostly hype and show.

Juan Manuel Marquez seems to be the only one who can give Pacquiao a run for his money, one mistake and Marquez can strip that air of invincibility away from Manny, he is a proven talent.

I think guys like Joan Guzman and Edwin Valero are good. They should be given the breaks now that Morales and Barrera are almost finished, and Pacquiao is making a fool of himself.
