Which is correct: catfish fillet or catfish filet?

    Either is correct but i always thought filet was prettier.

    A fillet, also filet, is a boneless cut of meat or fish.

    Fillet (mechanics), in mechanical engineering, a concave easing of an interior corner of a part used to reduce stress concentration (pronounced “fill-it”)

    you will find it both ways. but fillet is correct.
