Use Google Docs, it has an online Word Processor in which the finished document then can be saved as a Microsoft Word Doc, OpenOffice Doc or as a PDF.

Create the letter online using Google docs, then save it in one of those formats, then save it to a floppy disk.

navigate to your floppy drive, usually A:\

not really, if you want something free try openoffice.org they have a free word program you can download and then save to a floppy

or you could just run notepad on your computer

All computers have word pad or notepad.

Go to start on your computer.

Click on programs.

Click on accessories.

There you will find notepad or wordpad.
