C5-6 disc has disc/spur and uncovertral joint hypertrophy produces a mild impression on ventral cord?
and mild narrowing of the AP diameter around the center spinal canal? The neural foramina is mildly narrow bilaterally. What does this mean? My C4-5 has disc/spur 2 mm in diameter which abuts the ventral cord but produces no cord compression, with borderline narrowing of the AP dimension.

It sounds like you have a slipped disk in your neck.
Vertebral disks are small round pieces of cartilage which lie between each bone of the spine allowing them to move. A slipped disk is when one of these sticks out towards the spinal cord.
The disk which has slipped, in your case, is the one between the 5th and 6th vertebra in the neck, thats roughly halfway up the neck. It is sticking out by 2mm towards the spinal cord. This is not a very large amount and in your case it is not causing any damage to the spinal cord.
You doctor should have already told you this. But you should avoid any kind of lifting until it is sorted out.
