2+2=4 because, if you have two fingers up, then put two more up, you will have 4 fingers. Next time try counting with your fingers, it always helped me. but I will still be to help you with difficult math at your level. When I was at that level, math was one of my hardest subjects.

2 +2 of what? In numbers it adds to 4. or 2 +2 = 6. 2 had 1 and the other 2 had 1. behold you now have 6. But if 2 had 2 and the other 2 had 2 you now have 8. Or you lost,or have you figured out what I'm saying.?

4 to explain say i had 2 apples and i bought 2 at the store so now i have a total of 4 apples

2+2=4 because you have 2 apples in a basket and 2 in the other. how many are in total?4!

Ok. Say you had 2 jelly beans. Now, along comes your friend and gives you two more! How many do you have now? 2+2=4! Or, 1+1+1+1=4. Now it's CHOW TIME!!! ☺
