SpyHeal is a trojan that displays an icon in the system tray. SpyHeal looks like a legitimate application for removal of spyware, but it's installed by a trojan in an attempt to trick you into buying it. SpyHeal is known as a rogue spyware program. These programs cause more problems than they fix.
This trojan is able to change the Internet Explorer default home page and redirect the web browser to malicious web sites. SpyHeal will also pop-up fake alerts that resemble system alerts in another attempt to get you to buy it.
These 2 are completely free.
Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free.

I'm not familiar with that particular program, but most programs can be removed in the add/remove section of your computer. If your computer is new, just contact the manufacturer. Otherwise, go to a store, such as Best Buy, Circuit City, etc., or you can go to the local computer store. They have programs to remove anything. Unfortunately, it will cost.
