What are the steps to forming a Limited Liability company?
I have read website after website and I still haven't gotten a direct answer as to documents should be filed first or last. I just want a simple numerical step system explain how to form an LLC.

Go to www.mycorporation.com and they can do most of the work for you for pretty cheap. Much cheaper than hiring a lawyer and less hassle for you to do it all by yourself.

Each state has its own procedures. If you go with an online vendor, they will take care of everything for you (and it is cheaper than a lawyer...).
