Anyone have a good juicer site or some recipes?

I just got my first juicer and the book that came with it is very limited. Anyone have a good site, some great suggestions, or some tasty recipes?

I love my juicer and use it at least twice a day. My favorite juice is carrot, celery, parsley, swiss chard, radish, sprouts, and a sliver of ginger. I also do carrots and apples or pears. Google "juice extractor recipes and you will get a ton. My tip is to wash your maching IMMEDIATELY after juicing, or it will be much harder to clean. If you do it right away, you just need to give it a good hot rinse. Good luck, I hope you enjoy your new toy! I bet I have gone through 15 juicers in 30 years

If you do a search for juicer recipes on Yahoo you'll find lots of sites offering you recipes for a low price or even free.

I listed one site with free recipes and one site focused on juicer reviews in the resources.

  • Jack Lalanne has some excellent juice recipes and his own juicer. Good Luck.

one of my favorite recipes is pineapple, cucumber, ginger, apple juice. it's delish!

carrot, apple, garlic juice is also quite good.

you can always try to make V8 juice - tomatoes, celery, garlic, carrots, parsley...

melons are very good in the juicer as well. as a stress reliever, juice cantalope and ginger together.

strawberry, kiwi ginger juice is good too.

you can pretty much get creative and juice things that you really like to eat anyway. just keep in mind that you cannot juice certain things like bananas and onions as they have no juice. if you are juicing herbs like parsley or leavels like kale, wrap them around something to make it go through the hopper better.

i have more recipes if you'd like to email me. i love my juicer and my body does too!

good luck with your new toy! :-)
