That i have been admitted to a mental institution and that i have a few mental illnesses that i live with without any medication (that make me physically ill)

Depends on what shocks you. I think you would be surprised that I am much older than I look. I have a 15 year old son and everyone thinks I am his sister , ever though I had him when I was 19.
