I just finnished a 18 mile trail run and I'm starving......?

I am rewarding myself with a half gallon of ice creme. I have Tin Roof, Rocky Road or Mint Chip. Please choose for me and make it quik.

    Rocky Road. I don't think that run is going to help if you are going to eat all that ice cream.
