    Probably in the student areas of University Cities at a guess.

    Check out their hotels etc

    Look out in YELLOW/WHITE PAGES and meet somebody face to face.... do not try online ..... otherwise you will have to GET HIM IN COUNTRY....

    And do not try STUDENTS or VISITORS....not good for pocket.
